SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the President, the Director of Institutional Research (IR) provides vision, leadership and direction for the College’s institutional research activities, particularly those associated with student success, strategic planning, accreditation and institutional effectiveness.  The Director of IR will provide support and analysis for the President on all College initiatives. In collaboration with the President and senior management, the Director of IR frames research projects, directs data gathering, analyzes complex data sets, and collaborates with stakeholders to reach data-informed decisions and create strategies for organizational improvement.
