General Summary:
Team leaders will supervise students during a six-week (June 11-July31, 2026) summer residential college preparatory program and provide leadership during related activities. Team Leader shifts begin at 4:00 pm and end at 9:00 am unless overnight field studies are scheduled off campus.
Qualifications:
· Leadership and mentorship skills;
· Ability to supervise high school students in a residential setting and take initiative in leading student activities;
· Work well with a team of staff and students; excellent communication skills;
· Ability to relate to low-income, first-generation, and Native American youth;
· Current driver’s license.
· Preferred: Associate’s degree or current enrollment in a postsecondary education program.
