California Indian Nations College (CINC or “the College”) is seeking a highly professional Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to provide advanced executive-level administrative support to the Office of the President and coordinate institutional governance operations. This role serves as a key resource for the College’s divisions of Administration and Development, providing guidance to high-level executives and front office assistance for the College. This position requires a poised, organized, and strategic administrative professional who is capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple competing priorities. The EAA manages executive scheduling, institutional communications, board logistics, and front office operations while ensuring confidentiality, efficiency, and professionalism at the highest levels of the institution.
This role directly supports executive leadership and institutional governance processes, strengthening operational integrity and advancing CINC’s mission to expand pathways to higher learning opportunities.
