Job Purpose As a key contributor to student success, provides guidance and services on academic and career goals for prospective and current students for the Early Childhood Multicultural Education Head Start Program. Academic monitoring, attends to student academic inquiries, assists in the resolution of individual academic problems. Develops and maintains appropriate student files and records. Coordinates special events for the TCU Partnership Head Start student participants.   It is important to note, this is a grant-funded, temporary position. Multi-year grants are funded based on the fiscal years for the full grant period. However, there is no guarantee that funding is available year after year from the awarding agencies. Job Purpose: The Instructional Designer and Technologist (IDT) position aims to design engaging and effective online learning experiences. The IDT will use current instructional design theories and methodologies to work with faculty and Program Advisors in creating online programs and courses. The role also involves implementing Quality Matters (QM) to enhance the educational quality of our online and asynchronous and synchronous programs. The IDT will be responsible for designing custom multimedia content, implementing best practices in online course design, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing training and support in educational technologies.
