General Summary: The First-Year Experience Coordinator (FYEC) assists with the management, development, and execution of undergraduate student programs designed to increase first-year student retention. Reporting to the Director of Academic Success, the FYEC collaborates with multiple constituencies to provide a well-rounded, guided, and positive experience for all first-year students, helping students transition to and successfully navigate their first year at SKC.  Major Duties and Responsibilities: ●       Coordinate cultural, seasonally-based experiential learning activities on campus with Culture and Language Studies (CALS), Native American Studies (NAS), Department of Academic Success, and other campus programs.
