General Summary: Maintain and repair trucks, heavy equipment, and support vehicles used in the Highway Construction Training (HCT) program. Maintain a safe, clean work environment. Ensure safety of self, students, and others on projects and work areas. Instruct students in basic preventative maintenance and repair procedures to enhance truck driving and heavy equipment training. Must have ability to work independently with minimal supervision. General Summary The Technology Purchasing Agent / IT Support Technician is responsible for coordinating and managing all technology-related purchasing for Salish Kootenai College (SKC), ensuring that technology acquisitions align with institutional standards, budget requirements, and operational needs. This position serves as the primary point of contact for technology procurement, software licensing management, vendor coordination, inventory control, and asset tracking. In addition to purchasing responsibilities, this position provides technical support for the SKC’s information technology infrastructure by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, peripheral devices, and network-connected equipment across campus.
