General Summary: Financial Assistance Advocate provide students and delinquent borrowers with financial information on deferments, forbearance, consolidation and financial literacy and assist with obtaining financial assistance from direct loan services provided by the Department of Education Federal Direct Student Loan to bring loan(s) to a current payment status. Maintain office procedures in accordance with Federal rules and regulations and track delinquent students. This position serves as the primary point of contact for technology procurement, software licensing management, vendor coordination, inventory control, and asset tracking. In addition to purchasing responsibilities, this position provides technical support for the SKC’s information technology infrastructure by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, peripheral devices, and network-connected equipment across campus.
