Are you passionate about educational opportunities and engaging young minds? As a College and Career Readiness Mentor, you will serve as a trusted guide, advocate, and role model for high school students across the Flathead Reservation. You will support students in planning for their future by opening doors to postsecondary opportunities, encouraging experiential learning, and helping youth explore their interests and talents.

In this part-time role, you will work directly within one or more local schools—Arlee, Charlo, Hot Springs, Polson, Ronan, St. Ignatius, and Two Eagle River—to mentor youth, foster academic growth, and broaden horizons through hands-on, real-world experiences.
