JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers alarms and investigate disturbances, apprehends unauthorized persons and notifies local law enforcement agency as needed and appropriate. Assists in conducting fire drills and takes the lead in emergency situations until help (fire Department, Police Department, Supervisor) arrives.
