PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Teach first- and second-year business courses both online and face-to-face and oversee business student interns. Possible courses include: Introduction to Business, Human Resource Management, Principles of Marketing, Management/Leadership, Business Law, Business Communications, Business Entrepreneurship.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Ability to incorporate culturally responsive pedagogy and make clear and consistent to LLTC’s Mission.
2. Instructors are expected to teach the contracted number of credits per semester.
3. Teach Business classes and run the Business Program
4. Faculty are required to attend:
a. Faculty Orientation at the beginning of the Fall semester.
b. Committee meetings assigned throughout the school year.
