Security Guard

This position is part of Haskell Indian Nations University, Bureau of Indian Education. As a Security Guard, GS-0085-5, you will be responsible for performing security guard duties on the HINU campus

Your typical work assignments may include the following:

• Perform foot and vehicle patrol, inspections, monitoring security of an area, entrance, or building.
• Coordinate information and responses to ensure consistency and conformance with program policies.
• Explain or provide guidance on laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to management, personnel, or clients.
• Respond to emergencies and provides first aid if necessary.
• Complete forms, documents, or routine reports.
