Tohono O'odham Community College is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to join our Student Services Division. This is a full-time, exempt position. In this role, you will provide culturally responsive mental health counseling, clinical case management, and crisis intervention to our students.

Work Schedule & Physical Environment
This is an exempt position with a typical work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work outside of these hours may be required to meet the needs of the students.
The physical demands are generally sedentary, involving sitting most of the time. The role is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions, like a typical office or administrative job. The position requires close visual acuity for tasks such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, and preparing and analyzing data. The ability to express and exchange ideas through spoken word and to perceive sounds is also required.
