The Bursar serves as the chief administrator of student accounts, billing, collections,
cashiering, and receivables, providing strategic leadership and ensuring compliance with
institutional, state, and federal regulations. This position manages the student financial
services functions of the institution, supports the academic mission by enabling students
and families to meet their financial obligations, and leads a team dedicated to customer
service excellence, financial accountability, and process efficiency. The Bursar is a key
member of the Finance and Student Services divisions, collaborating across campus
departments to enhance the student financial experience and safeguard institutional
resources.
