The Director of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for (1) assessment of student learning, student outcomes, and student support; (2) data collection, analysis, and interpretation, (3) project management and evaluation; (4) accreditation processes and requirements; (5) strategic planning monitoring; and (6) supporting both academic and non-academic efforts across campus that maintain the institution’s ability to effectively meet the mission, vision, and goals of the institution. The Human Resource Benefits Specialist provides Personnel/Human Resource services to full time, part time and student employees. Examples of responsibilities include: ensuring position descriptions are current, evaluations are on file, process faculty/staff offer letters.
