Description The Human Resources Generalist builds and runs the day-to-day operations of a two-person HR department serving 100+ full-time faculty and staff, 40 to 50 adjunct faculty, and 60 to 70 work study students each semester. This position is designed for an HR professional who wants hands on ownership of real projects and broad exposure across the full HR function, and who is energized by building processes and systems where none currently exist.  The role carries two kinds of work. First, ongoing operations: recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits support, payroll input, compliance administration, and records management.
