This role serves as a strategic and operational leader for a growing healthcare organization serving Tribal communities.
This executive will oversee all financial operations while partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure sound financial management, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
This role requires more than technical financial expertise. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, emotionally intelligent leader who builds trust across departments, develops teams, and navigates complex situations with sound judgment and flexibility.
The CFO will provide oversight for Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, Purchasing, and other areas as assigned, while serving as a strategic business partner to the executive team.
