About the Role
The Head Start Pathways Program (HSPP) Navigator supports the implementation of the HSPP grant. This is a five-year, grant-funded program that supports students who want to work in an early childhood education setting. Students in the program pursue and associate’s degree at White Earth Tribal and Community College (WETCC) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Crookston or another higher education institution with which we form a partnership.
