Tohono O'odham Community College is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to join our Student Services Division. This is a full-time, exempt position. In this role, you will provide culturally responsive mental health counseling, clinical case management, and crisis intervention to our students.
What You'll Do
Provide culturally responsive behavioral and mental health counseling to students.
Conduct assessments to determine student needs and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group counseling, and educational programs on mental health topics.
Collaborate with campus departments and external agencies to support students and create an inclusive environment.
Assist with disability services in collaboration with the Disability Resource Coordinator.
Serve as the Title IX Administrator, which includes coordinating compliance efforts, investigations, and training for students, staff, and faculty.
