California Indian Nations College (CINC) seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR operations in alignment with the College’s mission and values. Reporting to the President, this role oversees recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance; supports academic personnel (faculty) processes; and promotes a culturally responsive, inclusive workplace that reflects CINC’s commitment to serving tribal and local communities. The Director provides guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR strategies that strengthen organizational growth and effectiveness.
