JOB PURPOSE:
D irects and coordinates the nursing programs for NTU. Oversees day to day program operations.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
D evelops departmental plans, policies, procedures, goals and objectives and ensures compliance to regulations.
D evelops, reviews, and revises state-required nursing curriculum.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing and administering annual budget; presenting and justifying budget recommendations to appropriate personnel.
D etermines required laboratory and classroom equipment needs.
