Lane Community College (LCC) seeks an innovative, service-focused and results-driven Associate Vice President of Cultures and Belonging. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, the AVP-CB will work collaboratively across divisions to embed inclusivity into every aspect of institutional practice, policy, and culture.  The Associate Vice President of Cultures and Belonging will have authority to design and execute strategies that drive measurable outcomes in access and student success. This position is responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive agenda that aligns with LCC’s mission, vision, values, and 2022-2027 Strategic Plan, which aims to reduce disparities in student outcomes, enhance community partnerships, and improve organizational climate.
