Job Summary The Director of Engaging Learner Assets and Career Experiences provides strategic leadership for programs that expand equitable access and opportunity for diverse learners. This role builds and sustains pathways that recognize prior learning, support students in earning alternative high school credentials, and create seamless entry points into higher education. The Director ensures all initiatives align with the college’s mission, vision, values, and goals, and reflect best practices in teaching, learning, and student success. This position oversees Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), the Gateway to College Program, alternative high school diploma initiatives, and related college access programs, ensuring compliance, fostering partnerships, and driving continuous improvement to remove barriers and strengthen belonging for every learner.
