Job Purpose As a key contributor to student success, provides guidance and services on academic and career goals for prospective and current students for the Early Childhood Multicultural Education Head Start Program. Academic monitoring, attends to student academic inquiries, assists in the resolution of individual academic problems. Develops and maintains appropriate student files and records. Coordinates special events for the TCU Partnership Head Start student participants.   It is important to note, this is a grant-funded, temporary position. Multi-year grants are funded based on the fiscal years for the full grant period. However, there is no guarantee that funding is available year after year from the awarding agencies.
