The Department of English at the University of North Dakota invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in 20th and 21st century US literatures with an emphasis in Indigenous and/or multiethnic literatures. The position requires a PhD in English or a closely related field. We are seeking candidates with experience in digital humanities who can contribute to a new program in Indigenous Digital Humanities and Archives. This program is part of the new “Expanding Digital Humanities Across Northern Plains Indigenous Higher Educational Institutions Initiative,” a multi-year Mellon Foundation funded collaboration between UND and the North Dakota Tribal College System.
