General Summary: In accordance with the SKC Mission Statement, the Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher’s basic function is to provide safe and healthy learning environments and interactions for children enrolled in the Salish Kootenai College Early Learning Center.  The Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher will support the learning of children through collaboration with parents, staff members, and other teachers at the Early Learning Center.  The Toddler Lead Teacher will develop weekly lesson plans, implement activities, observe children’s progress, and document findings in accordance with Center curriculum and assessment policies.
