The Pawnee Community School believes that youth, and specifically Native youth in and around Pawnee, deserve a school created with their identities and success in mind. Evidence tells us that schools designed in such a way have the potential to produce better results than other current options, especially higher attendance rates, test scores, graduation rates, and college readiness rates. PCS will provide the unique early learning model for the Pawnee community through differing strategies that compliment academic concepts and addresses the needs of the learner. PCS will limit classroom size in an effort to be mindful of research-based strategies, facilitate of learning, and learner mastery of learning standards and objectives. PCS will address class size by grade, academic subject, elective, and any other data driven basis to ensure optimal opportunity for learner success.
