The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy (ELP) at the University of Utah invites applicants for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor faculty position in Higher Education with expertise in the intersections of higher education and equity, diversity, and justice. We seek an energetic colleague to contribute to the continued development of programs in higher education, including the Masters in Student Affairs and the EdD and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy.  Applicants should either 1) have research and experience engaging in critical studies of race and racism in scholarship, teaching, and service or 2) have an established record of improving educational conditions toward greater equity in scholarship, teaching, and service.
