SFIS is owned and operated by the nineteen Pueblos of New Mexico.  SFIS strives to represent and support core values that our tribes have identified.  These core values define who we are as tribal people and represent what we believe to be our ideals.

MISSION:  SFIS graduates will understand the issues facing tribes in the Southwest and will be committed to maintaining Native American cultural values.  They will participate in the culture of their communities, and will have the skills to purse the education or careers that will benefit them, their families and their people.
