The position will be in the broad areas of human genomics and pangenomics. Special emphasis is placed on areas of research in reference genomics and the sharing of human genomic data. This includes (but is not limited to) translating genomics to new clinical applications, international research, tool implementation and benchmarking, development of new methods, sequence production from new or existing samples, graph genome construction, and the bioethics and regulatory aspects of these activities.
