JOB PURPOSE: Performs various cleaning tasks to provide all staff, students, and visitors a safe and clean environment by maintaining standards of cleanliness, sanitation and freedom from hazards in building and grounds.   This position description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Cleans, disinfects, and sanitizes classrooms, chalkboards, buildings, hotel rooms, and offices. Cleans toilets, basins, showers, bathtubs, and scrubs walls; restocks restroom supplies; washes windows; dusts, cleans and vacuums furniture, fixtures doors and related furnishings by using appropriate cleaning supplies.
