General Summary: Financial Assistance Advocate provide students and delinquent borrowers with financial information on deferments, forbearance, consolidation and financial literacy and assist with obtaining financial assistance from direct loan services provided by the Department of Education Federal Direct Student Loan to bring loan(s) to a current payment status. Maintain office procedures in accordance with Federal rules and regulations and track delinquent students.
