Lane Community College (LCC) seeks an innovative and results-driven Associate   Vice   President   of   Culture   and Belonging. As a member of the leadership team, the   AVP -CB will work collaboratively across divisions to embed inclusion into every aspect of institutional practice, policy, and   culture . The Associate Vice President of Culture and Belonging will have the authority to design and execute strategies that drive measurable outcomes in access and student success. This position is responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive agenda that aligns with LCC’s mission, vision, values, and 2022-2027 Strategic Plan, which aims to reduce disparities in student outcomes, enhance community partnerships, and improve organizational climate.
