Position Description
The Biological Sciences Department of the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) at the University of Washington Bothell (UWB) invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will join our faculty on a full-time (100% FTE) basis for a nine-month academic year appointment beginning September 16, 2026. All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research/scholarship, and service. Tenure-track faculty at our primarily undergraduate institution typically teach 5 courses per academic year, spread across 3 quarters.
The base salary range for this position will be $10,670-$11,231 per month during the nine-month academic year ($96,030-$101,079 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage...
