SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for the management of all HR’s functions, services, policies, and programs supporting the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) as well as the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Ars (MoCNA).
