Multiple fellowships are available from 2024 through 2026 at the American Museum of Natural History in the Conservation Department, which cares for collections in the Anthropology Division and Natural Science Departments.
Applicants should be interested in the care, conservation, or research of museum collections. Experience in one or more of these areas is preferred but not required.
A term of 3–4 months is recommended; shorter or longer terms will be considered on an individual basis.
Applicants must be 18 years old and over and Indigenous from the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
The fellowship is best for students and entry-level professionals.
