General Summary: The role of the simulation instructor is to facilitate individual and group opportunities of learning that allow students to meet the educational outcomes of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program. To achieve these outcomes, instructors and students form a partnership in an atmosphere of care and mutual respect. The role of the simulation instructor includes coordinating, managing, and teaching in the simulation labs.
