General Summary: Under the supervision of the Bookstore Team Leader, the Sales Clerk ensures the Bookstore operates in a manner that provides a quality experience for its customers. The Clerk serves as cashier while providing outstanding customer service. Duties include assisting customers in person, with the virtual bookstore and over the telephone with respect, courtesy and accuracy in a timely manner. The Clerk will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages while paying attention to details. Maintain stock of coffee counter supplies. Assist customers with package returns and shipments.
