JOB PURPOSE: We seek a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct cutting-edge research in the area of quantum sensing at the intersection of quantum physics, electrical engineering, materials science, chemistry, and advanced measurement science. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of quantum-enabled sensors with unprecedented sensitivity for food security applications, as well as other research, administrative, and outreach duties assigned by the PI. The postdoctoral researcher will work closely with faculty, undergraduate students, graduate students, and interdisciplinary collaborators across physics, engineering, and applied sciences, and will have opportunities to publish in high-impact journals and present results at international conferences. General Summary: This part-time position maintains a clean and safe working environment for all staff, faculty, and students while working under a Team System of cleaning all buildings on SKC campus. Key Responsibilities: •    Become familiar and follow SKC policies and procedures. •    Maintain positive working relationships with administration, faculty, staff, supervisors and team members. •    Clean and sanitize bathrooms, doors and door handles. •    Clean carpets, mats, hard floors and walls. •    Clean windows and light fixtures. •    Dust and clean/sanitize furniture. •    Remove all garbage and keep trash containers clean. •    Empty cigarette butts in containers and pick-up those on the grounds. •    Perform seasonal outside work as required. •    Perform maintenance of cleaning equipment and vehicles (check fluids and keep clean).
