WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday. 7:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
COMPENSATION: $83,934.09/year + DOE, Exempt Position
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance & Operations (M&O), the selected individual will promote and support a positive safety culture within the institutional setting and assist with daily operations of M&O.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts on behalf of the Director of M&O when needed. Completes reports as needed and may serve on various college advisory committees.
Supervises temporary maintenance staff and directs them in the maintenance of buildings and grounds including but not limited to: Building 360, Huts, Building 5, Warehouse, Gym, Browerville Center and rental units.
Assists with overseeing the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire/life safety, renovation projects.
