JOB PURPOSE: Receives cash/processes credit card transactions from customers or employees in payment for food and beverage goods and services. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs accurate and timely registering of cash sales or complimentary meal (non-cash) sales. Computes bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due. Enters billing information into cash register as required. Makes change and issues receipts to customers. Verifies signature authority in all credit memorandums.
