Job Purpose: The Instructional Designer and Technologist (IDT) position aims to design engaging and effective online learning experiences. The IDT will use current instructional design theories and methodologies to work with faculty and Program Advisors in creating online programs and courses. The role also involves implementing Quality Matters (QM) to enhance the educational quality of our online and asynchronous and synchronous programs. The IDT will be responsible for designing custom multimedia content, implementing best practices in online course design, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing training and support in educational technologies.
