The Data Science Facilitator position will be associated with the Data Science Hub, whose mission is to coordinate campus-wide data science resources and expertise, connect researchers and tools, and collaborate to build community and capacity. In doing so, the candidate will be expected to design and initiate programs, build infrastructure, build teams, and execute new scientific initiatives. The candidate will be expected to provide expert knowledge and first-hand experience in developing and improving genomic data systems and technologies into which sequencing data and high-content functional screening data will be deposited to facilitate breakthrough findings for improved treatments.
