The FAIT Fellowship provides two years of academic funding an IT-related degree, internships, professional development and mentorship.When you complete the fellowship and the Foreign Service entry requirements, you will enter the Foreign Service as a Diplomatic Technology Officer.
In this fellowship, you would be attending your university in the approved degree program full-time in the spring and fall semesters for the duration of the two-year program. In the two summers, you will be in an internship with stipend support - the first summer in Washington, D.C. at the U.S. Department of State; the second summer overseas at a U.S. embassy or consulate.
