The next Chief Human Resources Officer and Associate Vice Chancellor (CHRO/AVC) will lead in crafting the strategies to retain and attract people to work to ensure people thrive. (Prospectus) As part of the vice chancellor for finance and administration's core team, this position will lead several campus wide initiatives, will bring and understanding of workforce trends and will lead with policies and strategies that center employee equity, inclusion, and well-being. The CHRO/AVC oversees an annual budget of approximately $11.8 million. This position directly leads and provides vision for a team of 108 employees within the Office of Human Resources.
