Procurement Analyst in the Library Collections and Services Group (LCSG), Financial Management Directorate (FMD), Contracts Team and reports directly to the Assistant Chief, FMD.
As assigned, performs research of Library and Federal Acquisition regulations (LCFAR and FAR) and policies and documents results. May provide advice or recommendations in less complex actions such as small purchases or simplified acquisitions. Develops routine material to support annual and multi-year resource plans.
Performs phases of pre-award processing such as market research and research of historical data on contractor performance; and prepares standard cost analyses and reports.
