Job Title:        Financial Aid Manager Reports To:     Dean of Student Services Status:             Full time/ Regular/ Exempt Salary:            $57,000 annual SUMMARY: The Financial Aid Manager oversees TOCC’s financial aid operation including Title IV (Pell), a range of scholarships and emergency aid to students, and ensures that the satisfactory academic progress requirements are met.  The Manager will supervise financial aid staff and will ensure that the financial aid component of the Student Services Division is operated in an efficient, respectful manner. Excellent student-centered customer service and quick turnaround are a necessary part of the operation.
