As an Accounting Technician (GS-0525-8), you will be responsible for possessing knowledge of various accounting and financial management functions performed at the University and within the Finance Division. Your typical work assignments may include the following under supervision: Responsible for the disbursement of student funds received by the University. Review accounts payable documents to verify accounting data to be inputted into the BIE Accounting System (FBMS). Review travel vouchers and notify offices of any corrections required prior to final approval.
