Job Title: Principal Accountant
Reports To: Sponsored Projects Office Director

Salary: $55,000 annual
SUMMARY: The Principal Accountant (PA) supports the operation of the TOCC Finance Division, especially in the area of grants, contracts, and management of purchases. The PA will work closely with the Director of Sponsored Projects and with other personnel in the Finance Office. The PA must be willing to learn and master the College’s Data Management System (Jenzabar), to establish and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors in the role of purchasing agent, and must be able to master the intricacies of the Code of Federal Regulations as it relates to the College’s multi-million dollar grants and contracts operation.
Assist in the College’s annual budget cycle including developing justifications that align with the mission and purposes of the organization;
