Job Title: Biodiversity and Research Specialist Reports To: Director, Land Grant Office for Sustainability Status: Full-time Salary: $47,701- $60,791 annual (DOE). One year position.   SUMMARY: The Biodiversity and Research Specialist (BRS) will support LGOS objectives in the areas of biodiversity conservation, traditional germplasm preservation, statistical analysis of biodiversity, development of indigenized research methods, and preparation and submission of grant proposals.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The selected individual will promote collaboration with the Tohono O’odham Nation Department of Natural Resources (TONDNR), other tribal authorities, tribal advocacy groups, and community members on biodiversity, wildlife, and conservation.
