JOB SUMMARY:
This Assistant Dean and Director of DEI Training and Innovation will lead the College of Letters & Science Office of Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion's, college-wide training and professional development programs and initiatives. The Assistant Dean and Director will develop, facilitate, and grow current and new DEI training and professional development offerings to advance the College of Letters & Science's DEI priorities. Responsibilities include program development and assessment, providing instructional tools and faculty support, and advancing the college's goal to increase diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
